Compensation:
- Starting at $15 – $16 per hour
- Overtime earned after 40 hours per week worked
- Pay varies based on experience and skill level

- 2 Saturdays per year (6am-10am)

Job Description:
- Pressure washing, cleaning, sanding, and painting industrial equipment
- In-house position; no fieldwork required
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Currently enrolled trade school students will be considered
- Technical certificates are an advantage
- Drug test and background check required
- Immediate availability post-drug test
Skills / Experience (Preferred):
- Good work ethic
- Experience in pressure/power washing
- Dual action sanding
- Air paint spraying
- Forklift and/or overhead crane operation
- Experience in a farm setting
- Military service is a plus
Hours:
- Part-Time: 15-30 hours/week (flexible days)
- Full-Time: up to 50 hours/week available
- Co-Op: 4-5 hours/day
