100 Ton Hydraulic Presses for Sale

Our used 100 ton hydraulic presses cover everything from compact gap frame presses with a 14" bed to floor-standing four-post presses with 120" x 80" beds, 56" of stroke and nearly 80" of daylight. About half are compression molding and heated platen presses from Wabash and others, with platens up to 85" x 75" for rubber, composites and laminating. The rest are four-post forming, trim and gib guided presses, many with Allen-Bradley PLC controls.

Sizing a 100 ton press: 100 tons is 200,000 pounds. On a 24" x 24" platen that is about 350 psi; on a 36" x 36" platen it is about 155 psi. For deep drawing and forming, size the press 20 to 30% above your calculated load. Compare 75 ton and 150 ton hydraulic presses, or 100 ton mechanical presses for high-volume stamping.
